HOW LONG WILL MY COLD PRESSED JUICES LAST FOR?

All cold pressed juices are printed with an expiration date! Shelf life can vary slightly depending on the blend, but you can typically expect your juices to last anywhere from 20-30 days. 

WHERE ARE JP PRODUCTS MADE?

All JP products are proudly made at our Super Kitchen in Long Island City, New York!

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY JUICES & SOUPS?

Your juices & soups should remain refrigerated until you’re ready to consume!

CAN YOU FREEZE JP SOUPS?

Yes, it is safe to freeze them. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator and consuming within 3- 4 days after defrosting.

WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DIY KITS?

All instructions to blend the DIY kits are listed on the DIY kit packaging. Happy blending!

WHAT IS HPP JUICE?

HPP stands for High-Pressure Processing. High pressure is applied to the exterior of a bottle and is achieved in a water tank through water pressure being applied for about 90 seconds to 4 minutes! The pressure is proven to reduce the bacteria in the bottle (without heating or directly touching the product inside the bottle), which slows the speed at which the product spoils, and thereby allows the product to “live” longer without significantly affecting many of the health benefits or the taste of the natural raw produce inside the bottle.

WHY DOES JUICE PRESS MAKE HPP JUICE?

We know your health is a priority, now more than ever. Given the circumstances of the pandemic, our juices are pressure pasteurized — we want to ensure our community has access to our products for as long as possible! The extended shelf-life provides our guests the ability to stock-up on their JP favorites and immune-boosting products without having to worry about expiration dates! There has been no change in our juice recipes, and we are using the exact same proportions. 

DIETARY INQUIRIES

IS JP KOSHER?

All of our self-made JP products are kosher or pareve, and our JP Super Kitchen is certified kosher by Rabbi Zev!

IS JP GLUTEN FREE?

Most of our products are gluten-free, however we are not a certified gluten-free facility. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we do have products with gluten in our Super Kitchen, and cannot guarantee other products have not come into contact with gluten. Please take this into consideration going forward if you have a severe gluten allergy!

DO JP PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we do have many products with nuts in our Super Kitchen and cannot guarantee other products have not come into contact with it. Please take this into consideration going forward if you have a severe allergy! All of our products containing nuts are clearly labeled as such.

I’M PREGNANT. CAN I HAVE JUICE PRESS?

We aren't able to make any specific medical claims, but we do see many pregnant women drinking our smoothies. If you are concerned about consuming non pasteurized food and drinks we do suggest consulting with your doctor before eating. 

CLEANSING

I JUST PURCHASED A CLEAN MEAL PLAN. WHAT ORDER DO I CONSUME IT IN?

Our Clean Meal Plans are curated by our Registered Dietitian to help you reset and hit your health goals. To find the order in which to consume the products, please reference our product images. It has the products listed from morning to night!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR A MEAL PLAN?

As for prep work, there's nothing specific you need to do, but it's best to eat as clean as possible the night before with real, whole-food ingredients to start to kick off your cleanse.

CAN I DRINK CAFFEINE WHILE DOING A MEAL PLAN?

You can absolutely drink caffeine while cleansing if you choose, but make sure it's clean coffee (no sugar, cream, milk, flavors etc). Plain black coffee, caffeinated tea, or any JP caffeinated drink works! 

WHAT SHOULD I EAT POST MEAL PLAN?

As for easing off the cleanse, this looks similar to the night before your cleanse. Ease back into your normal eating habits with fresh, whole, non-processed foods, and eat your normal serving sizes so as not to overload your system too quickly. We recommend including some cold pressed juices and smoothies while you ease out of your cleanse, and as always to drink a lot of water!

WHAT IF I GET HUNGRY DURING MY CLEANSE?

If you get hungry, you absolutely should eat something. Stick to fruit, vegetables, fruit smoothies, or protein smoothies if you are very hungry (plant protein and no processed sweeteners of course!). If you feel sick, dizzy, or lightheaded we do recommend ending your cleanse early. 

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I WAIT BETWEEN JUICES WHILE CLEANSING?

You can consume a juice every 2-3 hours! If you are hungry, have another juice!

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT ON A MEAL PLAN OR CLEANSE?

Although none of these plans are designed specifically for weight loss, we find that a lot of people do experience weight loss & debloating while doing our plans. However, weight loss is best executed over several weeks & months in order to maintain the weight loss. We have seen that incorporating our plans bi-weekly into your lifestyle can help to achieve weight loss goals!

We use a combination of high quality insulation along with ice to ensure that your package maintains temperature during transit if there are temperature sensitive items inside.

Our team is working diligently to restock our Super Kitchen, but we do occasionally run out of items. DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER MINIMUM FOR YOUR JP SUPERMARKET?

For JP Supermarket deliveries to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, we have a $30 order minimum! For deliveries to all other locations, we have a $50 order minimum.

You can select the date in which your order will be delivered! For Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens, if you select a future date, please note your order will be delivered between 10AM - 12:30PM.

WHAT IS THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

HOW CAN I JOIN?

Anyone can join! Everyone who creates an account (HERE) is enrolled. A valid email address is required to register for the program!

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You can earn points both in store & online! You’ll earn 2 points for every dollar spent.

CAN I EARN POINTS FROM PURCHASES THROUGH GRUBHUB, UBEREATS, DOORDASH ETC?

Unfortunately, you cannot earn points from third-party platforms at this time. However, you can earn and redeem points with purchases through our site. Click here (INSERT LINK) to shop delivery.  

WHEN DO JP POINTS EXPIRE?

Points expire 12 months after earning, at the end of the month.

CAN I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS & A PROMOTIONAL CODE IN THE SAME ORDER?

Unfortunately, our system only allows for either one loyalty reward or one promotional code to be applied per order. Thank you for your understanding!

HOW CAN I CHECK MY LOYALTY POINTS?

Your points balance will be displayed in the top right of your screen — you’ll just need to log into your account! You can also view them in your account dashboard under your order history.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

To redeem points, please click on the tab Redeem Points. You will have visibility into all of the different loyalty rewards JP has to offer & can select which you prefer!

CAN I RECEIVE POINTS FOR A PAST JUICE PRESS PURCHASE?

If you forget to enter your Loyalty Program information, please reach out to customerservice@juicepress.com with proof of your purchase (i.e. receipt or email confirmation). We will happily add them to your account! 

I COMPLETED A PURCHASE BUT DIDN’T EARN POINTS

Sometimes, it can take up 48 hours for the system to process the purchase activity & add the points to your account. Check back in a bit to see your progress! If for some reason you still do not see them, please email customerservice@juicepress.com with your receipt and we will be able to help!

ALLERGEN AWARENESS STATEMENT

Juice Press takes allergens seriously. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination — sanitizing all food prep surfaces and cutlery, changing gloves between foods, preventing contamination of external packaging, among many others — we do have products that contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews, coconut, Brazil nuts), peanuts, soy, and gluten in our facility, and cannot guarantee that our products have not come into contact with an allergen. Our products are produced and labeled in compliance with the FDA labeling requirements. We label for all possible sources of the 8 major allergens recognized by the FDA, in addition to sesame seeds.
